1. Clean air chamber

The clean air chamber is mainly used to fix the bag cage, filter bag, and air circuit components, and is made in a fully enclosed form. When cleaning the dust, compressed air first enters the clean air chamber and then rushes into the interior of each filter bag. There is an access door at the top for installing and replacing bag cages and filter bags. The clean air chamber is divided into several chambers, separated by internal walls. Each chamber is equipped with a lift valve to switch the filtered airflow. The strength of the clean air chamber should be able to withstand the system pressure.

2. Bag room

The bag chamber is located at the lower part of the clean air chamber and is mainly composed of flower boards, partition walls, and filter bags. The thickness of the flower board is generally not less than5mm and should be able to withstand system pressure and load after dust accumulation in the filter bag after reinforcement. The important function of the bag chamber is to accommodate the filter bag, forming a filtering space where the purification of flue gas is carried out.

3. Ash bucket

The ash hopper is located at the lower part of the bag chamber, and its strength should be able to withstand the pressure of the system and the weight of the accumulated ash. The ash hopper is divided into two types: trough type and four diamond type. In addition to accumulating and collecting dust, the ash hopper also serves as a lower intake manifold due to its large internal space. The coarse particles in the airflow first separate and settle in the ash hopper by gravity. The lower outlet of the four diamond type ash hopper is equipped with air locking devices such as flap valves or rotary unloaders, and the ash discharge is completed by screw conveyors or air chutes. The trough type ash hopper is equipped with a screw conveyor, zipper machine, or inclined chute, and is then locked by a flap valve and a rotary feeder. Except for single machine bag dust collectors, ash hoppers should be equipped with maintenance doors. For dust with high viscosity, it is advisable to install a poking or cleaning device in the middle of the ash hopper. For bag dust collectors that handle easily condensing exhaust gas, a heater or vibrator can be installed, and a trough type ash hopper should be used. For coal powder explosion prevention, a four diamond type ash hopper should be used.

4. Backblowing (suction) system

The blowback (suction) system includes a blowback (suction) fan, blowback (suction) duct, cylinder, solenoid valve, pressure measuring device, valve plate, and compressed air pipeline.

5. Filter bag frame

The filter bag frame is one of the important components of the bag filter. The function of the filter bag frame is to support the filter bag, so that it can be tensioned and maintain its shape during filtration and dust cleaning, and minimize damage caused by folding. 6. Compressed air piping system

Working principle of bag filter in furniture factory:

The bag filter mainly uses filter media (fabric or felt) to filter dusty gases in order to achieve dust removal. The filtering process is divided intoIn two stages, firstly, the dusty gas passes through a clean filter material, and at this time, the main filtering effect is the retention of filter fiber. Secondly, as the trapped dust continues to increase, a portion of the dust gets embedded inside the filter material, while another portion covers the surface of the filter material to form a dust layer. At this point, the dust containing gas is mainly filtered through the dust layer. After the dusty gas enters the dust collector, the airflow velocity decreases, and larger particles in the smoke and dust directly settle in the ash hopper. The remaining dust particles pass through the filter bag from the outside to the inside for filtration, and the clean flue gas is discharged from the inside of the filter bag. Fly ash is trapped on the outside of the filter bag. With the continuous accumulation of dust, the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the dust removal filter bag gradually increases. When the pressure difference reaches the set value, the pulse valve diaphragm automatically opens, and pulse air is sprayed into the filter bag through the nozzle. The filter bag expands, causing the dust attached to the filter bag to fall off, achieving the effect of dust removal.
